Construction v. Non-Construction

Groups

Each year, Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna welcomes many volunteer groups from corporations, small businesses, congregations, youth groups, civic associations, area nonprofits, and academic, professional and community organizations. Building as a group not only allows volunteers to give back, but it develops a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork. Learn more here.

Youth

Youth are encouraged to get involved with Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna! We have specific policies regarding the appropriate involvement of minors in its housing ministry. While it is important that youth be directly involved with the work of Habitat for Humanity, it is also important that they be involved only in age appropriate activities. Learn more here.

ReStore Volunteers

You can help accept donations at our drop-off center or assist on donations pickups. You can be a ReStore ambassador by assisting customers and cleaning our sales floor. You can help repair furniture, or share your expertise and knowledge to teach basic skills and fun projects to others or help dissemble appliances, furniture, and construction materials to be recycled.
