Construction Volunteers

We welcome volunteers of all experience levels – from those with construction skills to those who have never picked up a hammer. Whether you’re looking to volunteer on your own, with a group, regularly, or just once in a while, there’s a place for you at Habitat Susquehanna!

Build sites are open to individuals and groups on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Group start and end times can be adjusted to accommodate your group’s availability.
Interested in volunteering regularly? Join our Core Volunteers, who help on a more regular basis. Wednesdays are typically reserved for Core Volunteers, but many also volunteer on other days. It’s a great way to make a lasting impact—one house at a time—while forming friendships and becoming part of the Habitat Susquehanna community. Want to volunteer with friends, family, coworkers, or your organization? Groups of 4 or more can reserve a build day by contacting mlouderback@habitatsusq.org or 443-895-0036. We’ll help you select a date and provide information about group builds.
Age requirement: Volunteers on active build sites must be at least 16 years old.
